Refunds & Exchanges - Important To Note
We only offer refunds or exchanges on non-custom orders as proofs are sent on all custom orders before going to print.
Items can only be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of the order and must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. Items must have been purchased from our website. Proof of purchase from email@example.com required.
Refunds are made to the original card holder only.
The cost of returning an item to us is your responsibility.
When posting your item back, you must obtain proof of postage of your return. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
You are responsible for packaging the return appropriately. Any items which arrive back damaged due to insufficient packaging will not be accepted.
